the tone of the document is like “screw you, we have had enough of your S***” I cant think of a single word to describe it but there is no argument in the document, what they have written has already been put in place and they are saying to Britain “Bring it”

the justification of declaring independence from the brittish crown is the list of all the stuff he has or has not done, “The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States.
